Entrepreneurship 101 — "Dont loose your shit"
This is Tolu.
Tolu is the founder of a fintech startup in Lagos.
As a founder of a startup in Africa, Tolu has to deal with funding constraints, regulatory hurdles that feel like mood swings while also struggling to hire and retain top talent. However, amidst the chaos, Tolu has learnt to not “loose his shit”
🛡️ Tolu is resilient: Tolu faces a daunting task of managing a 25 person team while dealing with unpredictable currency fluctuations and regulations.
💪 Tolu is ready for the worst: Tolu has a contingency plan for almost everything, including the craziest scenarios possible.
🧘♂️ Tolu is calm under pressure. Panicking is never the solution. Instead, Tolu always looks at data, is able to analyze the situation in front of him and pivot / redirect when required.
Despite the formidable challenges, Tolu wholeheartedly embraces the thrill of entrepreneurship, imagines the unimaginable and ensures everyone on his team is aligned with his vision.
Do you really want to be an entrepreneur?
